Stella Kolawole is a trained Montessori Directress and an Early Years educator. She is passionate about children, believes in the importance of educating children and providing them with life skills needed for them to be total, well-rounded and global citizens of the world. Prior to her teaching career, she worked at various capacities in the print media.

She holds a B.A and M.A in English from the University of Lagos, and a Montessori Early Childhood (3-6Yrs) diploma accredited by MACTE. She has worked in the classroom with the same age range for over seven years, and served as a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) at Heritage House School, overseeing the Nursery department
She has attended various training, which includes Special Education Needs, Creativity workshops, and Montessori Education. She also has a working knowledge of the Cambridge International curriculum (CIPP) and has worked with children both at Nursery and lower primary levels
